New publication related to DEMARN

This paper, “He Who Hesitates is Lost….A Proposed Planning Process for Conservation in the Mediterranean Sea”, was presented at the The 2^nd International Workshop on Advancing Conservation Planning in the Mediterranean Sea at Nachsholim, Israel in April.  It was authored by the DEMARN PI together with other marine conservationists working on the marine conversation in the Mediterranean Sea basin.   The paper brings planning theory to bear on marine protection and synthesizes on-going conservation efforts.
